Lisa Bueche (she, her) is a certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram teacher and accredited International Enneagram Professional. She is currently a Spiritual Director/Companion. Lisa has worked as an individual and family therapist and addictions counselor for 10 years and then as an Interfaith Spiritual Director/Companion for 14 years.

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in transpersonal psychology, focusing on human growth and potential. In 1992, she graduated from the Virginia School of Spiritual Direction, where she was first introduced to the Enneagram. As a certified Riso/Hudson Enneagram Institute teacher, she finds the Enneagram particularly helpful with individuals wanting to live with a greater sense of freedom and a tool for communication and understanding between couples, family members, and coworkers.

Steeped in the Spiritual Practices of both Eastern and Western mystical traditions, Lisa enjoys assisting those who have had an impasse in their personal, relational, or spiritual lives.

She is married, has two sons, and finds great joy in assisting others who wish to live more intentionally.  She serves on the Spirituality Network Board of Ohio and is a supervisor with the Wellstreams School for Spiritual Direction.  She is an accredited professional member of the International Enneagram Association and the Spiritual Directors International Association.

A recent review from a couple who participated in pre-marital counseling:

Lisa made my husband and I feel comfortable from the very start. She is friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on all things Enneagram. Although an enneagram wiz, she presents the information in easy-to-understand ways curated to your specific Enneagram type. Even though my partner and I were together for 8 years before meeting Lisa, we have learned so much about one another (and ourselves) from her. We use our newfound insight into one another to navigate disagreements, and it’s a serious game-changer. It wouldn’t have been possible without Lisa’s counseling. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a relationship that lasts.
